Whats in the box?

• x1 Critical Universal Battery Dock (x2 battery slots)

• x1 Power Wand (Shader 3.5 stroke)

• x1 Power Wand Battery Pack (1500mAH)

• x1 Power Wand Shorty Battery Pack (800mAH)

• x1 Power Wand RCA Adapter

• x1 7ft RCA Cord – Grey

• x1 6ft Charging Cord for Dock

How’s this different from the existing Bishop Wand?

All the technical mechanics (strokes/motors/grip dimensions) are the same as the existing Wand.

The main difference is all in the magnetic backplate and how it is now flush and compatible with the critical connect firmware.

Because the battery is flush with the pen machine, it outputs an overall compact pen machine dimension & overall has a better design aesthetic (you don’t have an awkward battery sticking out from the pen machine).

Lighter & better ergonomics / less backweight on the pen machine.

POWER WAND BATTERY PERCENTAGE DISPLAY

To address some of the feedback regarding the battery percentages fluctuating – do not be alarmed – the battery is calibrating to provide you with the most accurate battery life read-out and has no effect on the functionality and run time of your battery/machine.

We are proud to use only Tier 1 grade batteries under all Critical battery packs.

Please note the following:

1) After powering on, initial battery life display will take approximately 5 seconds to calibrate to an accurate read-out.
2) You may notice the battery life adjust (increases or drops) between activation and pauses during sessions – this is because the battery calibration is reflecting the device’s current usage scenario.
3) Note the % difference may be more noticeable on the Shorty batteries due to the smaller battery capacity.

Notice!!

We strongly recommend to insure this product as we, Body Graphics Tattoo Supply Pty Ltd and any staff members will not be liable for any damage, repairs, malfunctions, power surges etc. Your warranty lies with Bishop and the purchaser is liable for any shipping and taxes to and from Bishop for any repairs or replacements.
